At Fine Lines Pilates & Movement we believe that, through movement, we can help you create a balanced body. We want you to walk out of our sessions feeling taller!
Fine Lines offers something for people of all walks and stages of life. Whether you want to improve your posture, strengthen your core or just look after yourself, we have a class to suit you.
We offer small equipment classes (studio classes) and mat classes and are extremely excited to be the first studio in Brisbane to offer XTEND BARRE! In each of these class styles you will be instructed by experienced practitioners who are passionate about what they do and are committed to helping you achieve your goals.
Pilates is a unique system of exercises originally designed by Joseph Pilates that focuses on a balanced development of the body and core strength. In addition, better posture, flexibility and balance can be achieved through an awareness that is created over time and practice of the method. Pilates can be modified to suit everyone who wants to give it a try.
