Services we offer


At Fine Lines Pilates, we offer studio classes (1-3 people) as well as group classes.

If you would you like to do studio classes here at Fine Lines and you haven’t been before, you’ll need to arrange an initial private appointment with us. From there we will work out which class is best for you! Contact us to schedule your initial appointment.

For our Xtend Barre or Mat group classes you don’t need to do an initial with us. Feel free to go to the timetable page to book online. Note that while Xtend Barre classes are a multi-leveled, it is not suitable for people with spinal injuries. Mat classes are not suitable for anyone with acute injuries

Studio Classes

Initial Session

If you intend to participate in a studio session, your initial session will be your first session with us.

This session will be a chance for us to get to know what your goals are, as well as to see where your strengths and weakness lie and to assess your posture. We may even get the opportunity to step through some of the principles of the Pilates method that will form the basis of your workouts.

This session has to be booked directly with us over the phone.

Studio Classes

In our Studio sessions you will be doing Pilates exercises both on the mat and on our “Balanced Body” equipment.

Your individual program will be based on the outcomes of your initial session and will evolve as time goes on.  Studio classes have a maximum of three people. Also available are one on one Studio Sessions (Individual Studio).

These sessions can be booked over the phone or via email.

Group Classes

Xtend Barre

The Xtend Barre system sculpts the body proportionally so that all body parts are equally challenged. This total body workout serves to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the body from top to bottom, from inside out.

Developed from a dance / Pilates background, the Xtend Barre workout combines the amazing results of dance with the principles of strength and safety in Pilates. Maximum number in class is 11. These sessions can be booked online or over the phone. Please note that Grip socks MUST be worn for this class. – they are available at the studio.

Mat Classes

Mat classes are group classes for up to 10 people and involve performing a series of Pilates mat exercises.
We offer Open Mat, Roll & Release,Circle,Band & Ball & Mat Fundamentals.

Pregnancy Pilates: A small studio-based group class focusing on maintaining strength through the core and the body to help prepare you for the new journey ahead. Using balls, therabands and light weights. Duration is 45mins, maximum of 3 in a class.

We now also offer Pre/Post Natal Xtend Barre
Want to keep moving during pregnancy or start moving post pregnancy? This is the perfect class to gently strengthen and lengthen. (Please note post pregnancy shouldn’t start earlier than 6 weeks)

Remember for all Pre/ Post Pregnancy classes. We need you to get your doctors ok first!

Mums & bubs

This class is designed to help you get your strength back after the birth of your child. Ideal for clients looking for somewhere quiet and supportive to get moving after their pregnancy.

Suitable for mothers with babies 6 weeks old to crawling age. Duration is 45mins, maximum of 6 in the class.
